Yes. If you already have an up-to-date prescription or optical record with your current values, you’re welcome to visit us in store at any time. Please make sure your prescription includes not only the standard values for sphere, cylinder and axis, but also your pupillary distance (PD).
We need these measurements to produce your prescription glasses accurately. If any values are missing or you feel that your prescription may no longer be up to date, you can book a free eye test with us at any time.
Yes. However, we recommend booking an appointment online in advance to avoid waiting times. Subject to availability, our opticians may also be able to carry out the eye test on a walk-in basis. Please note that you should ideally not wear contact lenses beforehand.
