To ensure that you enjoy ideal vision with your new VIU eyewear, we offer you a three-month compatibility guarantee.
Two-Year warranty on material defects
We offer you a two-year warranty on material defects.
Thirty-day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your choice, you can return your glasses within thirty days of receipt, but only if the product is still in perfect condition.

For returns of glasses purchased online, we will be happy to provide you with a prepaid return label. Please contact our Customer Solutions Team (hello@shopviu.com) in advance. Please note that returns are only possible for items purchased online. Eyewear purchased in-store can only be returned to one of our stores. If you return an item at your own expense, we will unfortunately not be able to refund the shipping costs incurred.

As soon as we have received and checked the glasses, your unpaid invoice will be cancelled or the amount you already paid will be refunded via the same payment method you used when you ordered the product.

An exchange is possible within the scope of our right of return – please note:
- Eyewear purchased in-store can only be exchanged in one of our stores.
- For glasses purchased online, the exchange can be initiated via our Customer Solutions Team (hello@shopviu.com).
Three-Month Compatibility Guarantee
We hope you will wear your glasses often and with pleasure. To ensure that you enjoy ideal vision with your new VIU eyewear, we offer you a three-month compatibility guarantee. The term of this guarantee begins the moment you receive your glasses. During this period, we will manufacture up to two pairs of new lenses for you free of charge if the initially measured values do not fit you perfectly. If you wish to take advantage of the compatibility guarantee, either visit us in our flagship store or, if you ordered your eyewear from our webshop, contact our Customer Solutions Team (hello@shopviu.com).
Two-Year Warranty on Material Defects
VIU offers you a two-year warranty on material defects. The two-year period begins when you receive the merchandise. The warranty covers only material defects and/or processing flaws that were not caused by incorrect handling, incorrect cleaning and/or incorrect use.
