FAQs

Do you also offer sunglasses with presciption glasses?

Sure! All our sunglasses can also be ordered with prescription glasses (you can find the prices here). To place such an order, please choose "with prescription" before adding the sunglasses to your shopping cart. During the check-out process, you will be given various options to fill in your prescription details or you can send us your prescription via email.

I need sunglasses with a stronger correction than +/-8dpt. Can I buy them from VIU?

Yes. We also offer sunglasses with corrective lenses for high dioptres, and naturally with cylinder for astigmatism as well. Please note that special centring measurements are required for strengths from +/-4dpt or for a corneal curvature greater than -2dpt. These measurements can only be carried out in our stores or by our partner opticians. Simply visit us in your nearest VIU store.

Are your sunglasses available in different sizes?

There are various models and sizes in our collection, which cover most head shapes/sizes and preferences. If you are unsure about what size fits your shape of head, you are most welcome to consult our excellent opticians and optometrists at one of our VIU stores.

Is it possible to order sunglasses with extra thin glasses?

Certainly! Once you order a pair of glasses in our webshop, you have the option of adding thinner glasses. Please check below which ones we would recommend: Typ Recommended Thin +/- 2 Dioptries EUR 50 Extra Thin +/- 4 Dioptries EUR 100 You can find an overview of all our lenses and prices here.
